After receiving an order, our jewelry artists will promptly begin work on any special requests and customizations. Please allow 1-2 business days for complete processing. Please do not confuse this with shipping time, as this will be covered below.
Shipping time depends fully on the carrier, and we therefore cannot guarantee anything once packages leave our studio.
- Domestic: 2 - 5 business days.
- International: 7 - 20 business days (it may take longer than 20 days if the package is held by customs, for which we are not responsible. Any additional charges or fees incurred by customs is the customer's responsibility.)

Returns and Refunds
Since all items are custom made, we do not accept returns, nor do we give refunds unless the problem resulted from our end. We can only send a replacement or refund under one or more of the following conditions:

- Product arrived does not match the description
- Product arrived is a different size from the size requested
- Product is faulty

Mignon and Mignon puts our customers' satisfaction as our number one priority, and we are willing to listen to any feedback from you. If in case you are dissatisfied with our product or service, please message us and bring it to our attention. We will do what is in our power to rectify any situation.

Since an overwhelming  number of our products are ordered as gifts, we do not include receipts in packages unless requested! Receipts will be sent electronically to the email provided at checkout. If you would like a receipt included in the package, please let us know, and we will gladly oblige.
