Yes. Every piece is covered by a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. If a manufacturing fault shows up within that year, message us with your order number and a photo and we'll repair or replace it. The warranty covers faults in how the piece was made — it doesn't cover normal plating wear, damage from wear and tear, or loss.

Our pieces are tarnish resistant, and stored dry they hold their finish well. Plating is a surface layer, so daily wear, water, and cosmetics will gradually soften it over time — that's normal for plated jewelry rather than a fault. Following the care steps above is what makes it last.

Yes, personalizing is what we do. Most pieces are made to order with your choice of names, initials, dates, or birthstones. The options for each piece are shown on its product page: engraved text is usually up to 12 characters, in Pinyon Script, Daniela, Lucy Rose, or Velocity.

Most of our pieces are gold, silver, or rose gold plated stainless steel, and a few styles use a brass base with a special plating. Everything we make is nickel free and tarnish resistant. The metal for each piece is listed on its own product page.
